This modern, well furnished house enjoys a quiet location on a country road, just 5 min drive from the superb beach and many amenities of Calpe, and enjoys splendid views of the coast from its elevated position. With its private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.7m, with roman steps), spacious sun terraces, outdoor dining area with BBQ and conservatory for cooler evenings, it is a good choice for families wanting to be close to this popular beach resort.

The busy resort of Benidorm, with its many amenities, unrivalled nightlife and magnificent beach is just 20 min drive away should you want to visit, whilst more sedate Moraira is approx 10 min drive.

Two storeys. Conservatory lounge area leads into a cosy living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. One twin and one bunk bedroom, plus shower/WC. Upstairs are one double and one twin bedroom, a full bathroom and large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Calpe.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
