This bright modern villa is set in a peaceful location, just 700m from the 9th fairway of Ifach golf course and 500m from the nearest restaurant, 2 km from a supermarket and just 4 km from the beach and Moraira centre. A well equipped, spacious and comfortable villa with excellent amenities, including private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.9m, with roman steps), BBQ and shaded stone table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool and sun terraces are very private and there is a delightful garden.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, TV, DVD and CD players. Modern fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). 3 twin bedrooms, full bathroom and further shower/WC. Central heating for cooler months.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for 7, 10, 11, 14nights etc), except between 17 Jul – 27 Aug when Saturday only.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
