Lo Chalet is a delightful and independent villa on the edge of the village of Sant Agata and with easy access to the well-known town of Sorrento and the surrounding coast. The house is on one level and has electric gates from the road into a parking area and the gardens, thereby making it safe for children. Being so close to the amenities, a car is not essential – Sant Agata itself offers a selection of shops, restaurants and banks and a regular bus service to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. The entrance hall leads to all of the rooms, including the living room, which has a fireplace for cooler evenings. Patio doors from the living room open onto the garden and pool and the villa offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for a family holiday, as well as an excellent base for touring this beautiful area. If car hire is not required, then transfers can be arranged at additional cost.

Ground floor: hallway to open plan living / dining room with single sofa bed , kitchen, utility room with washing machine, 1 double opening onto garden, 1 twin, 1 twin with bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.

Breakage deposit of 300€ to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service with final cleaning charge of 60€, which can be deducted from the breakage deposit. Changeover Saturday. Please note that the pool is open only between the 15th May - 2nd October.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
