This attractive, comfortable Mallorcan villa is ideally located in a quiet cul de sac in a residential area bordered by pinewoods, just 700m from the marina and restaurants of Porto Petro, and 300m from a small cove. The superb beach and natural park of Cala Mondrago is 3.5 km, whilst the livelier resort of Cala d’Or is 4 km. The ‘L’ shaped swimming pool (7m x 5m, depth 1.4m to 1.8m) and sun terraces are situated at the front of the villa, along with covered dining terrace and BBQ, whilst there is a lawned garden to the side of the house. Traditionally furnished, C’an Turicano is ideal for families wanting a peaceful location within walking distance of amenities.

One storey (reached by a few steps from the parking area). Lounge/dining room with TV and DVD, kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Three twin bedrooms, full bathroom plus further shower/WC accessed outside. Roof terrace. Free safe. Fans are provided.
