Able to accommodate up to 8 people, the 140m2 villa has, amongst other things, 3 bedrooms, 2 separate WCs, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 terraces, one of which is partially covered. The 2500m2 garden is enclosed for visitors greater comfort. Ideally situated 200m from the sea, 20 minutes from St. Tropez by coastal shuttle and only 10 km from Saint Raphael, this villa is also close to the centre of the village of St Aygulf and Frejus. You can explore the regions cultural heritage as you visit the many monuments in the surrounding area, the Roman gateways and theatres, the chapels and other memorials. Water sports enthusiasts can introduce themselves to water skiing, sailing or undersea diving, while others can explore the footpaths, go fishing or try their hand at golf.
NB: There is also a private studio apartment with a separate entrance at garden level which may be occupied by the owners from half October to half may and from July to end August. The swimming pool is, in this case, in commun.
