This delightful farmhouse is a quaint property situated in a quiet alley in the heart of the old village of Xewkija. The surrounding area has lots of charm and character with old houses boasting their own individual features and narrow alleys branching off in different directions. All amenities are within walking distance and there are also plenty of walking opportunities which take you to some breathtaking sites and historical places. A friendly neighbourhood also compliments this enchanted property and it is only a short drive afrom the capital, Victoria.

Entrance from an alley via a feature room with original arches and stonework. This room leads you into the courtyard with private pool (dimensions 5.5m x 2.5m and depths from 1m to 1.7m) and loungers as well as outside dining area.

The house is tastefully furnished with a good sized lounge area with TV/DVD/CD player and a separate fully equipped kitchen/dining room both overlooking the pool deck. Microwave and washing machine.3 good sized bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. All rooms feature stone slab roofs and wooden beams which add to the warm character of this lovely house. Two twin rooms on the 1st floor both with shower/wc facilities. Double room situated on the 2nd floor with a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a spare bed (fold down) and cot if required and all rooms have ceiling fans. Sunning terrace situated on the 2nd floor with views of the surrounding rural area. There is a sauna available to guests for relaxing and de stressing (free for the first 45 mins then chargeable locally). There is also a rain shower and a relaxing area, ideal after a hard days exploring or rambling. Minimum 5 night stay. Maid service and linen changed weekly. (extra maid service available at extra cost payable locally). Any changeover day, minimum 5 night stay.
